A hands-on introduction to mindfulness that feels practical, grounded, and possible.

This interactive workshop introduces your team to Practical Mindfulness — a simple, accessible approach for managing stress, improving focus, and supporting wellbeing in a fast-paced work environment.

Rather than focusing on theory, we focus on experience. Participants explore mindfulness through breathwork, guided meditation, Life Design reflection, and simple awareness practices that can be integrated into daily life — even on busy days.

By understanding how stress works in the body and mind, participants learn how to shift from “reactive mode” into a calmer, more steady state — increasing clarity, emotional regulation, and presence.

Practical tools for presence, clarity, and wellbeing

This workshop combines guided practice, reflection, and simple tools to help participants experience mindfulness in a real and practical way.

We begin with grounding breathwork and meditation, explore how stress affects the mind and body, and introduce small awareness practices that can be used throughout the workday. Participants will also reflect on personal energy patterns and identify one small mindfulness habit to carry forward.

Meet your facilitator

Helping you build calm, focus, and sustainable wellbeing

Elisabeth brings a calm, inclusive, and down-to-earth approach to mindfulness and wellbeing. Rooted in personal experience — including recovery from burnout — her sessions are guided with empathy, presence, and a focus on practical, sustainable habits that fit into daily life.

Certified through internationally recognized yoga programs (+500 hours) and as a Transformative Coach through the MindJuice Academy, Elisabeth creates a space for everyone to pause, reset, and reflect. She teaches regular classes at SATS and hosts free monthly guided journaling sessions, supporting personal reflection and deeper self-connection.

When she’s not teaching, Elisabeth runs Walk Ahead Studio, a brand design studio working with purpose-driven clients around the world, combining creativity, strategy, and mindfulness to make meaningful impact.

Her unique approach blends mindfulness, coaching, and real-world experience, helping participants leave with practical tools, insight, and habits they can actually use — both at work and in life.
